Review | Roadkill | Mad Squirrel Brewery

Roadkill: The remains of an animal that has been killed on the road by a motor vehicle... This isn't an opening gambit that would suggest what I am about to say. There is nothing about this New England IPA that I don't like right now!

From the moment I cracked this little chestnut there was nothing but juicy hops riding shotgun, with oats and wheat in the back! Sweet citrus and fragrant hoppiness met my nose followed by a fruity, juicy and silky smooth mouthfeel thanks for the added oats.

With a jubilant fizz across my tongue, this beautifully smooth, hazy dream was made all the more sweeter by its bitter finish.

Jam packed with hops this really is the works, and in my opinion one of Mad Squirrels finest moments! Delightfully moorish and remarkably fresh & smooth you'll have a hard time not going back for more... Though drink responsibly, as at 6.5 ABV you could end up as, well, roadkill!
